Caption Presets are now Brand Templates

Updated over a month ago

With Brand Templates, you can save a complete, reusable setup for your videos, no more re‑customizing every time. A template can include your custom fonts, intro, outro, logo, caption preset, and preferences like language, translation, orientation, and resolution.

What you can save in a Brand Template

  • Intro: Add a branded opener.

  • Outro: Add an end screen or CTA.

  • Logo: Upload and position your brand mark.

  • Caption Preset: Save font, color, size, animation, and position.

  • Preferences: Set Language, Translation, Orientation (e.g., vertical, square, landscape), and Resolution.

How to create a Brand Template

  1. Go to “Brand Templates” in the left sidebar of your dashboard.

  2. Click "+" and then give your template a clear name and then save.

  3. Add your brand elements:

    • Intro: Choose or upload your intro.

    • Outro: Choose or upload your outro.

    • Logo: Upload and position your logo.

    • Captions: Configure font, color, size, animation, and position, then save as your caption preset inside the template.

  4. Set template preferences:

    • Language: Select the primary language for captions.

    • Translation: Choose target language(s) if you want auto‑translation.

    • Orientation: Pick vertical, square, or landscape.

    • Resolution: Choose your output resolution.

  5. Click "Save changes"

Your Brand Template is now ready to use.

Using Brand Templates

  • Apply templates in the Clipping, Captions and in the Editor when creating projects.

  • Select a template before generating clips; your saved intro/outro, logo, caption preset, and preferences will auto‑apply.

Custom Fonts

You can use custom fonts both in Brand Templates and directly in the Editor:

  • In Brand Templates: Add your custom font by uploading your fonts in there and apply when configuring your caption preset so it’s applied every time you use the template.

  • In the Editor: Go to Captions > Fonts in the Captions Edit panel, then upload/select your custom font for the current project.

Managing Brand Templates

  • Edit: Open a template, update any element (intro, outro, logo, caption preset) or preferences, then save.

  • Delete: Remove templates you no longer need from the Brand Templates page.

Notes

  • Caption Presets are now part of Brand Templates. Create and manage your caption styles inside each template.

  • Availability and limits may vary by plan.
